                                                         Re: the way to save Europe and civilization

Dear Prof. Dijkgraaf,

There is now a unique chance for the Academy to make a breakthrough in the present sinister political stalemate leading Europe and civilization most likely to a new world war. It is possible now to start reforming modern science, including politics, economics, medicine, ecology, etc., the crisis of which, as an analysis shows, is underlying the present general ideological crisis of civilization. The path to the reform of modern science is blazed by my independent research in physics which has recently been printed privately as a book, titled "A Theory of Ether, Particles and Atoms. Second Edition", and this November sent to some institutions worldwide including the NIKHEF institute.

So the Academy might now take the following decisive steps:
(1) discuss my above book among Dutch experts first;
(2) convene an international conference to discuss the reform of modern physics initiated by my research and the prospect of the reform of modern science in general;
(3) establish in Europe an International Center of Reform Science (or an office for a new international scientific journal, to begin with) to start the reform of science in a broad way. In practical terms, the Academy might simply create the above office for a new journal and invite me to work as its Editor-in-Chief. In two years or so I would put the reform of science on track and prepare young assistants to substitute me when necessary.

For more information on the matter, please see the papers enclosed. I would appreciate your response.

Yours sincerely,
