Dear Ms. Bokova,
RE: a project of strategic importance for civilization

I am an independent researcher, PhD, an Israeli citizen, 75. I apply to you with my Project of the Century implementation of which under the auspices of UNESCO is vital for the destiny of civilization. The project is aimed at reforming modern science and is based on my independent research with a deep philosophical background. The reasons underlying the project are as follows.

Civilization is experiencing a general ideological crisis, now at its crucial stage and threatening the very existence of humankind. Underlying this crisis, as an analysis shows, is the crisis of modern science. Thus, to overcome this general crisis, it is necessary, first of all, to reform modern science. By the very letter of its Charter, UNESCO is the only organization in the world that can and must overcome the resistance of the conservative circles of establishment, lead and execute this job. The more so that the path to the reform of modern science has already been marked by my 30-year-long independent research in physics still to be discussed and published on a large scale. To implement the reform of modern science in general, it would be necessary to establish the proper international scientific center to coordinate scientific activity the world over. The reform of modern science must now become THE MAIN FUNCTION OF UNESCO for decades.

In this connection would you please organize an INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE aimed at discussing my above research and establishing an INTERNATIONAL CENTER to proceed with the reform of science on a large scale. For more information, please see the PROJECT OF THE CENTURY enclosed.

Yours sincerely,
